Opel Leasing agreements are underwritten by permanent tsb Finance Limited. Lending terms and conditions apply. A guarantee may be required. Not available to persons under the age of 18. 8. Anti-Money Laundering Requirements
In order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, permanent tsb Finance will require you (“the Lessee”) to provide proof of identity (e.g., current valid passport / driving licence) and proof of permanent address (examples include recent utility bill / bank statement / notification of determination of tax credits for the current year etc.)
In the case of limited companies, there may be circumstances where permanent tsb Finance will require a letter of authorisation or relevant board minutes from the limited company in relation to the person(s) signing the agreement.
